Used as a base for character makeup, the White Powder Foundation has buildable coverage to assist in achieving both light and heavy looks. Paraben-free. Directions: apply primer to clean, dry skin. Use brush or sponge to apply, blending in an outward motion. Build to desired effect. Removal: Remove using makeup remover or wipes.
