Peak practice.
With shelves upon shelves of beauty products now at our disposal, both virtual and physical – hey Mecca! – it can be overwhelming knowing where to start and what to use, let alone how often.
Here, we’ve devised a break down of your needs so solve the mystery of frequency, usage and expiry problems your beauty routine may have.
From daily, targeted and occasional, here’s how to navigate the world of beauty one day at a time.
Daily
Your regimen should be a lesson in time-saving, with staples you reach for daily easily accessible to form the pillars on which your great, glowing skin are built. Start with a strong base of cleanser, moisturiser and eye cream – these three are non-negotiable and should feel like old friends. Supporting these products should be your serum, a great face mist or hydrating mask and a hair serum for both shine and health.
Targeted
Always have on hand a few targeted remedies that are only dipped into occasionally or when trouble pops up, think boosters, heavy-duty hydrators, restorative masks and exfoliants.
Occasional
Reserve your top shelf for products that add a kick, or at the very least a little luxury. Naturally, these may end up being a little more expensive or filled with luxe ingredients but think of this section of your beauty cabinet as the treat-yourself crew.
