“Stranger Things” Nail Art Takes Over Instagram
There are lots of ways to celebrate being a Stranger Things fan. You could decorate your entire dorm room with Christmas lights to replicate the Byers’s living room, or you could eat Eggo waffles every day in honor of everyone’s favorite badass, Eleven. Or, as some fans have shown off on Instagram, you could dedicate your entire manicure to the hit Netflix series with some seriously impressive Stranger Things-inspired nail art.
As noted by Refinery29, some fans have taken the nail art game to the next level with designs reflecting scenes and themes from Stranger Things. There are plenty of “R-U-N” references, as well as patterns that look like the creepy dust particles found inside the Upside Down. But perhaps one of the most ‘gram-worthy (yet terrifying) designs features the Demogorgon itself, along with some spooky branches swaying in the background.
While it may be too late to rock these nails for Halloween this year, it goes without saying that any season can be Stranger Things season if you want it to be. And if you’re in desperate need of a way to fill the void until the third chapter, this is certainly a perfect — and festive — way to do it. Check out some of our favorite looks below, and prepare to be inspired…and slightly scared.
