Products: Faulty or Damaged: We want you to love your purchase! If a product is faulty or damaged, please bring it back to any Cosmetics Plus store within 7 days of purchase with your receipt, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.


Change of mind: We’re happy to help with any questions about a product before you buy! Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable


Piercings:
Refunds: Piercings are a personal service; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been performed. However, your safety and satisfaction are important to us.
If you have any concerns following your piercing; such as swelling, irritation, or questions about aftercare, please contact us or visit your nearest store within 2 weeks of your service. Within this timeframe, our professional piercers can assess your piercing and provide advice or assistance straight away.
For any concerns raised outside of this 2-week window, we will do our best to handle them on a case-by-case basis. Please note that it is important to follow our aftercare instructions to support proper healing and minimise complications.


Rescheduling Appointments: If you cannot attend your scheduled piercing, contact the store at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missing an appointment without notice may result in a forfeited booking.


Aftercare & Issues: We provide professional piercings with high-quality jewellery. If you experience any issues or complications, contact your store promptly for aftercare guidance or assistance.


Jewellery Concerns: If the jewellery provided is faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost if reported promptly.


Health Conditions: Piercings performed on individuals with pre-existing health conditions or those who do not follow aftercare instructions are not eligible for refunds
